The idea
What it is
The problem
A founder running an invoicing app for freelancers knows a free late fee calculator would bring in search traffic. They spend an evening deciding which calculator to build, what inputs it needs, and how to brief Cursor. They end with something vague and no working page.
The build is the quick part now. Choosing what to build and writing a prompt that actually works is where the time goes.
The product
Paste your product URL. The generator reads the site and returns 3 to 5 free tool ideas built around that product. Copy one prompt into Cursor, Lovable or Bolt and build.
Three things set it apart from asking a chatbot for free tool ideas.
- Every idea is built around what your product actually does, read from your own URL
- Each prompt is complete: the tool name, target keywords, user intent, inputs, outputs and the landing page outline
- The first version only suggests formats that rank and ship fast: calculators, generators, graders and quizzes
The weekend version: one input box, one model call, and 3 ideas with prompts on a results page.
Who pays
- Buyer
- A SaaS founder planning next month's marketing who has heard that free tools bring organic traffic and has not built one yet.
- Price
- Starting point: 2 free runs, then $9 for 10 runs, priced like the credit packs in the catalog (SignWith sells 10 credits for $9).
- Also pays
- Agencies, on a monthly plan that covers several client products.
Why now
AI coding tools can build a calculator from one good prompt. The brief is where the work is now.
Can I Vibecode It gives away an exact build prompt for each of the 900+ apps it lists. We have not found a tool that writes that prompt for a founder's own marketing use case.
How to validate it
- Ask 10 SaaS founders whether they have tried to build a free marketing tool and what stopped them. Pass: 6 or more name choosing the tool or writing the prompt.
- Build a version that takes a URL and returns 3 ideas, and share it in a founder community. Pass: 5 or more people ask for more than the first 3 ideas.
- Run it on your own SaaS, paste one prompt into Cursor or Lovable, and publish the result. Pass: the tool goes live with no edits to the prompt.
- Give the first 5 paying users their results and check back after 2 weeks. Pass: 3 or more have published one of the tools.
