What is Loggd?

loggd.life is a productivity app for people who want habits, tasks, goals and focus time in one place. Each habit keeps a 365 day history, while tasks can link to goals and focus sessions can save their minutes back to a task. It works on iPhone, Android and the web, with synced data across one account and offline support in the mobile apps.

Why Loggd works

A streak grid is weak evidence of progress when tasks, goals, notes and focus time still live in separate tools. loggd.life connects those layers and keeps a full year of habit history, so daily work builds one visible record instead of disappearing across separate apps.

Loggd features

  • 365 day habit view. See consistency across a full year for every habit, with active and inactive weeks visible in one grid.
  • Linked tasks and focus time. Pick a task before starting a 15 to 90 minute focus session and the minutes are saved onto that task, which can also link to a goal.
  • Flexible habit schedules. Choose daily, weekday or custom schedules. Planned days off count as skips rather than misses, so a deliberate break does not reset the streak.
  • Natural language task input. Type dates, times and recurring patterns in plain English. The parser runs in the browser and detects scheduling details without sending the task text to a server.
  • Goals and daily check ins. Set goals from one month to three years away, track a number or milestone list, then score each day from 1 to 10 with a short reflection.
  • Pro integrations. Pro adds Claude and ChatGPT connections, API tokens and webhooks. The API supports scoped access to habits, tasks, goals, lists, tags, focus sessions and profile data.

Who Loggd is for

  • People who start habit trackers strongly but stop after a few weeks and want streaks, points and a full year view to make consistency visible.
  • People keeping habits, tasks, goals and notes in separate apps who want daily actions and focus time connected to the goals they support.
  • Users who want to start with only a few habits, then add tasks, goals, reflections and notes without moving to a different system.
  • People who switch between phone and laptop and want the same tracking data on iPhone, Android and the web, with mobile access that also works offline.

Similar micro SaaS ideas you can build

  • Music practice journal for teachers and students. A practice app that ties timed sessions to pieces, technique goals and recital milestones. Teachers can see whether steady practice is happening between lessons instead of relying on a student to remember the week.
  • Physical therapy adherence portal. A patient check in tool for small physical therapy clinics that pairs prescribed exercises with daily completion and short mobility reflections. Therapists can review the pattern before each appointment instead of reconstructing progress from memory.
  • Preventive maintenance log for small property operators. A lightweight system for recurring inspections, maintenance tasks and long term property goals. It gives an owner a year of evidence showing which routines actually happened instead of leaving preventive work scattered across calendars and notes.
