What is Clicky?
Clicky is a macOS AI assistant that lives next to the cursor and sees what is on screen. Users ask questions out loud and get guidance for whatever app they are using, from DaVinci Resolve color grading to Figma design work. It also runs as an autonomous agent when summoned with 'Clicky agent', handling tasks like turning a Figma design into a working webpage or emailing a PDF summary.
Why Clicky works
Help articles, search, and chat assistants force users to leave the app they are working in and describe what they see in text. Clicky reverses that by reading the screen directly and answering verbally next to the cursor, so the user keeps both hands on the active tool while the assistant guides the next click or runs the task in the background.
Clicky features
- Screen aware Q and A. Clicky sees what is on the user's screen and answers verbal questions about it without copy pasting context.
- Voice interaction. Users speak questions and get spoken or inline guidance, so the keyboard stays free for the active app.
- Cursor adjacent UI. The assistant sits beside the cursor rather than in a separate window, keeping focus on the current work.
- Agent mode. Saying 'Clicky agent' spins up an autonomous run that can build, research, summarize, or complete a task in the background.
- Cross app coverage. Examples on the page cover DaVinci Resolve, Figma, and other design and productivity apps.
Who Clicky is for
- Video editors learning DaVinci Resolve who want spoken guidance on color grading without leaving the timeline.
- Designers in Figma who want to dictate a layout change or hand off a frame to an agent that builds the webpage.
- Knowledge workers learning unfamiliar tools who prefer asking out loud rather than searching documentation in a separate tab.
- Solo founders running research and admin tasks who want an agent that can summarize a PDF and email it to their team.
